At the end of each semester, we ask staff and leaders to share their “best practices” from the past few months. Would you email us here with your ideas? 

Ideas You Could Share

  • new club games you discovered or created
  • new songs you’re singing at club
  • program character creations
  • contact work ideas
  • camp sell strategies
  • things that worked well at leadership
  • Campaigners ideas
  • etc…

Drew Hill

Drew is a Head of School in Greensboro, NC and also works part-time with Young Life. Drew started The Young Life Leader Blog in 2010 and is the author of Alongside: Loving Teenagers with the Gospel. The book, written for Young Life leaders, won the 2019 Christian Book Award for Best Ministry Resource. He’s also the author of “When To Get My Kid A Phone” and “Alongside Jesus: Devotions for Teenagers.” Drew is married to Natalie and they have five children: Honey, Hutch, Macy Heart, Huddle, and Hobs.
