BEN CHAMBERS has been on Young Life staff since 2010. Following 20+ years in the entertainment industry – and serving as a Young Life committee chair in Burbank, CA – Ben was called into full-time ministry. He was tasked with launching Young Life College ministry at the University of Southern California, where he led for 9 years. He concurrently spent a year successfully restarting college ministry on the campus of USC’s rival, UCLA. Ben returned to his hometown of Tucson, AZ in the Fall of 2019, to lead college ministry at the University of Arizona. He also serves on the SW Division Leadership team in a mentoring role to new and transitioning college directors in that division and provides insight and support to YL College & University on national issues of Diversity in Ministry. Ben and his wife Leslie have been married for since 1987 and have 4 kids.
