Steve Schmitt is a Young Life Area Developer in Southwest Virginia who works primarily in small towns and rural communities that do not yet have Young Life. Steve is involved with training and supervising staff in the Blue Ridge Region and also coordinates a team of Area Starters from across North America who conduct monthly Zoom calls encouraging healthy and sustainable area startups.
